Tile & flooring installation in Mineral Wells, Texas

Floor tile, shower surrounds, plank, and laminate — laid straight, level, and sealed over a subfloor that's actually sound. Installed across Mineral Wells and the surrounding Palo Pinto and Parker County towns.

Floor work

A floor is only as good as what's under it.

Plenty of floors around Mineral Wells sit on subfloors that have seen a slab leak, a slow toilet seep, or fifty summers of movement. Tile set over that cracks; plank set over that squeaks and gaps. So the job starts under the surface — flat, solid, dry — and only then does the pretty part go down.

  • Porcelain & ceramic floor tile
  • Shower & tub surrounds, backsplashes
  • Plank & laminate flooring
  • Subfloor repair, leveling & rot rebuilds

Flooring questions

Asked before most floor jobs.

Can you lay new flooring over what's already there?

Sometimes — it depends on what's under it. If the existing floor is flat, solid, and dry, some floors can go over it. If there's movement, rot, or water damage, that gets fixed first; tile over a bad subfloor cracks, and that's money wasted twice.

Do you fix the subfloor before tiling?

Yes. Rotted or soft subfloor gets cut out and rebuilt — joists included when needed — before any tile is set. Several of our Mineral Wells bathroom jobs started exactly that way.

What kinds of flooring do you install?

Porcelain and ceramic tile for floors, showers, and backsplashes, plus plank and laminate flooring. We can talk through what holds up best for the room and the budget with the quote.
