2. Who we are

3. What the website is for
The website gives general information about the services we offer and how to contact us. Nothing on it is a quote, an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of price, schedule, or availability. We quote every job individually after seeing it, and any work we do is governed by the agreement we make with you for that job, not by this website.
Project photos show real work we’ve completed. Every home, its condition, and the materials chosen are different, so the photos are examples of our work, not a promise of an identical result.
4. Session recording
We record how pages on this site are used with Microsoft Clarity. We use those recordings only to find and fix bugs and problems on the website, and we don’t use them for advertising or marketing. Clarity runs without cookies. Our Privacy Policy explains what is recorded and how to opt out.
5. Using the website
You may browse the website and share links to it. You agree not to:
- interfere with the website or its security, overload it, or try to access parts of it you aren’t meant to;
- copy or scrape its content in bulk, including with automated tools;
- use it for anything unlawful; or

We try to keep the website accurate and working, but it’s provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date. Information on it is general and isn’t engineering, legal, or building-code advice for your particular home.

To the fullest extent the law allows, 4T Improvements LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. This section covers the website only. Our responsibilities for any remodeling work are set out in the agreement for that job.

The website links to other sites, such as Microsoft, Netlify, and Google. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

If you break these terms and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the website will be handled in the courts of Palo Pinto County, Texas.

14. If part of these terms can’t be enforced
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
